Atomic Love

Atomic Love is Peter's all-time favourite Beatsteaks song. Funnily enough, it wasn't even going to be on the album at first.                                                                                                                This song is just a jam they came up with whilst goofing around in the studio. First, they created the drum beat on a drum computer, then all other instruments followed. Originally, the song Rats Are Rad was supposed to take Atomic Love's place. Rats Are Rad has yet to be released.

The working title of this song was I Hate Dogs.

The song has been played at every tour since it's release. It's placement in the setlist has varied drastically over the years. Sometimes it's going to open a concert, other times it'll be the last song of the evening!
